’s-Hertogenbosch, 7 April 2025 – Business & Cloud Integrator Ctac N.V. (Ctac) (Euronext Amsterdam: CTAC) has taken note of the press release of Value8 N.V. (Value8) dated 4 April 2025.
In the press release, Value8 announces the (mandatory) public offer for all issued and outstanding ordinary shares of Ctac that it does not yet own. Value8 already has a stake of more than 40%.
The Board of Directors and Supervisory Board of Ctac, supported by advisors, are considering the offer and will take the interests of all stakeholders into account. Pending further steps from Value8 in the bidding process, Ctac will make further announcements when appropriate.
