’s-Hertogenbosch (the Netherlands), 29 April 2020 – Business & Cloud Integrator Ctac N.V. (Euronext Amsterdam: CTAC) today announces that it is moving the General Meeting of Shareholders originally planned for 10 June 2020 to 1 July 2020, partly due to the implementation of the temporary COVID-19 Act.
Ctac attaches a great deal of importance to maintaining a dialogue with its shareholders and very much prefers to conduct this dialogue via a meeting where as many representatives of the relevant bodies of the company can be present in person. The chance that this will be possible on 1 July of this is year is greater than it would be on the initially communicated date, and the recent implementation of the temporary COVID-19 Act makes it possible to arrange a date after 30 June.
